Staff was nice :)

Rooms were very dirty, Beds so hard no one got any sleep. Pillows old and need to be replaced.Light switch's we're nasty dirty. Stains all over desk chair and other chair in room need to replace are clean very well. Towels very thin and well used could use a lot of cleaning and update Pillows-Towels and mattress in each room .Just not a very nice experience.

Microwave didn't work, Breakfast was to be served until 9, we went to get some coffee and eggs at 8:45 and there wasn't any left, I asked if they would at least be making more coffee and they said, "No, breakfast ends at 9"... It wasn't 9... I'm driving 600+ miles (for the third day in a row)... I'd like to start my day with coffee please. Also, there was a large hole in the blanket on the bed.

Being a single woman traveling alone, I was scared to death and didn't sleep well from all the men outside their rooms all night hanging out drinking and whatever. Being close to Mexico I was nervous for myself and my newer truck. I almost turned around for a refund! Not attractive for your establisment!

No coffee .. One container was ready to put top in and serve but no attendant! Nothing was restocked, One piece of meat.. Few eggs.. Attendant finally came to attend and customers at front desk wanting to check out!

The honest staff found and returned our tablet, but the room was outdated.

The bed was comfortable

The were two dead centipedes about 3" long on the carpet underneath the desk and chair, hair in the sink, soiled towels. Overall the property hasn't been upgraded in years.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, the staff was very nice.

It was not a 5-star hotel, but then, I didn't want to PAY for a 5-star hotel either.

We visited a local golf course and explored the area's parks. The place was clean and felt safe, perfect after a long day of activities. It's important to note that the train noise is there, but it didn't bother us since we were used to it. I'd definitely recommend it for a group getaway.

One downside was the musty odor in our room. It was a bit off-putting when we first arrived, but turning on the AC helped a lot. Just be aware that this could be an issue for some guests.

The rooms were overall clean.

The facilities need a little maintenance. Our room had a hole repaired on the bathroom door, and the same door didn't hang quite right. The shower head was either clogged or we just had bad water pressure. The entire motel needs a little care, maybe some paint and a good scrubbing. I would go back.

Fine amenities, comfortable and peaceful setting.

Clean place, huge rooms, extremely friendly staff. Comfortable beds, a microwave, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Amazing base for exploring Van Horn...

Hair dryer in room is a safety hazard.

The room was pretty comfy, and that soft bed really helped me get some quality sleep. It's an older place though-looks like it hasn't seen upgrades in years. The AC was a bit of a letdown, knobs were busted, and there were scuffed walls everywhere. No USB outlets, and some lights didn't work. Just felt kinda run down overall.

New mattresses and pillows and they were comfortable.
